Document Retrieval Service
Prior to listing a property for sale, we strongly recommend sellers and realtors obtain basic information on the property to help ensure a smooth transaction. Call or email us to request the survey, tax card, auditor's appraisal card, plat map, GIS, and recorded deed. We will also get pre-approval of the legal description from the county engineer’s office to confirm a new survey is not needed.
For lenders needing to verify child support or other liens, we pull support orders from the Clerk of Court’s office.

Closing/Escrow Services
